Q&A: Will Mass Effect 3 let you choose what your character is going to be like?

I heard that Mass Effect 3 will not let you pick what your character is like. You can not pick what dialog you want to say, and there will be no more paragon or renegade actions. Shepard does all the talking on his own. I hope this is not accurate.
